At Production Music Live, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your hardware and studio gear. If your electronic equipment is defective or doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate a Return Request
Log into your account portal and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
